What is Skinny Greek Yoghurt?
"Skinny" Greek Yoghurt is our new 99% fat free Greek Yoghurt.  The taste and creamy texture remains the same it is only  the fat content that has changed.

What is Classic Greek Yoghurt?
"Classic" Greek Yoghurt is the new name for our 96% fat free Greek Yoghurt.  You will see a new look at your local store.  You now have a choice of "Skinny" Greek Yoghurt 99% or "Classic" Greek Yoghurt 96%.

Does the Greek yoghurt contain any thickeners or gelatines?
No. The Greek yoghurt contains only natural ingredients (milk and honey). There are no thickeners, gelatines, gum blends, stabilizers, milk solids, non-fat milk solids, preservaties or wheat products in our Greek yoghurt.

What is the difference between Greek yoghurt and ordinary yoghurt?
The difference between our Greek yoghurt and ordinary yoghurt is the ingredients we use and the traditional methods we follow. Our Greek yoghurt contains only natural ingredients (milk and honey) has a thick, creamy consistency and is skillfully crafted following a 100 year old family recipe. As we like to say at the Greek Yoghurt Company "it's all in the taste"

What is the difference between Real Greek yoghurt and Greek "style" yoghurt?
Real Greek yoghurt is made using natural ingredients (milk and honey) and has a thick, creamy consistency due to the traditional techniques applied to make Greek yoghurt. Greek "style" yoghurt contains one or more of the following ingredients; cream, gelatine, gum blends, stabilizers, preservatives, non-fat milk solids and milk solids. Greek "style" yoghurt is thick because of these thickening agents. Greek "style" yoghurt is not Real Greek yoghurt

How can the yoghurt be reduced fat when it tastes so thick and creamy?
It is reduced fat because we use whole milk and skim milk. The reason it has a thick, creamy consistency is because of the process we use to make the Greek yoghurt.

Is the Greek yoghurt a frozen yoghurt?
No. Our Greek yoghurt is a fresh dairy product. It contains only natural ingredients and is made following traditional methods

What are the ingredients?
Whole milk, skim milk, honey, sucrose

Does the Greek yoghurt contain cultures?
Yes. acidophilus, lactobacilus and other live cultures

Is it possible to freeze the Greek yoghurt after I have purchased it?
Yes. The Greek yoghurt is made from natural ingredients (milk and honey) and can be stored frozen for up to 3 months. Freezing does not affect the taste, consistency or cultures. The cultures become dormant when frozen, but when thawed, they will become live and active once again. There will be a few cultures that do die, but there are so many billions in our product, that it is truly insignificant. Always allow to defrost in the fridge and remember to stir before you serve.

Is the Greek yoghurt gluten free?

Yes. Our Greek Yoghurt is gluten free. It contains no wheat products, thickeners, gelatines, gum blends or stabilizers

Is it real fruit mixed with the Greek Yoghurt?
Yes. It is real 100% fruit mixed with the Greek Yoghurt. The fruit contains no colouring, no flavouring and no preservatives. The fruit is real fruit, real 100% fruit.
